Requirements:

Excellent in creating 3D Illustrations and Animations using 3D Studio Max & PhotoshopMust be an expert in 3D Studio MaxA Degree or Diploma in Creative/Arts, Architecture or Interior DesignPreferably with exposure in the Real Estate, Architecture or related disciplinePassion for 3D, Fine Arts, Photography or FilmExcellent output in lighting, texturing and RenderingExperience in Network Rendering/Spawner/Backburner is a plusExperience on visualization animation workflow is a plus  An eye for good design and detailsAble to deliver excellent outputs even on tight timelinesGood planning skills and a team playerMust know how to have fun at work
