Job Description:

Develop work program, time schedules and budgets for each phase of the plan based on project specifications.Monitor and track project progress & critical activities based on project schedule and efficiently advise all parties concerned.Prepare and regularly submit updated work program and cash flow curve identifying actual progress and areas of weaknesses, and recommend ways for recovery, if any.Analyze technical drawings and provide material and cost estimates.Prior to the actual project site works, assist in the preparation of work program, cash flow and manpower requirements as needed for by the project itself.

To be the person we are looking for, you must be a graduate of an Engineering course with at least 5 years work experiences in a construction/engineering industry, with keen attention to details and knowledge of relevant engineering discipline, proficient in MS Office, with good planning & project management skills, excellent communication skills, with a high sense of initiative and readiness for multitasking activities, a holder of a driver's license is an advantage, and with strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
