Job Description

Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil EngineeringPreferably a Civil licensed engineerAt least 1-3 years of work-related experience in a building or

manufacturing plant

Can work with less supervisionKnowledgeable in basic occupational safety and health standardFamiliar with building code, structural, architectural fit-outs, and construction

Duties and Responsibilities

 Assists the Building Admin Supervisor in the maintenance and day-to-day operation of the buildingPrepares Gantt Chart and scope of work for small to medium projectsResponsible for project inspection and contractors’ safety on-sitePrepares Cumulative Accomplishments and project Bid documents
