Qualifications
Over 5 years of experience as Learning & Development Expert or similarSolid experience in Organization DevelopmentCurrent knowledge of effective learning and development methodsFamiliarity with e-learning platforms and practicesExperience in project management and budgetingProficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumenAbility to build rapport with employees and vendorsBachelor's degree in Business, Psychology or a related field
