· KNOWLEDGE OF BASIC STRUCTUAL PRINCIPLES AND ARCHITECTURAL FINISHES IS A MUST.
· EXPERIENCE IN PUNCHLISTING WITH KEEN EYES ON FINISHING WORKS.
· MUST BE ABLE TO ConDUCT PERIODIC FIELD INSPECTION.
· ABLE TO PREPARE VARIATION REPORTS AND FINDINGS.
· ADEPT IN PLAN READING AND INTERPRETATION.
· MUST PREPARE CHECKLIST OF INSPECTION.
· ConDUCT VARIOUS TEST ON MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP.
· INSPECT QUALITY OF MATERIALS DELIVERY.
