WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?
The Executive Assistant is responsible for helping manage daily calendars; scheduling meetings (including video, phone, and in-person); planning and booking travel; coordinating and responding to email correspondence; and assisting with personal items as necessary. Similarly, the EA will assistant with volunteer work, such as leadership roles in Scouts BSA. The EA will work closely with Mr. Kidd, and Mr. Onnen, including daily phone, video and email correspondence to ensure accurate and timely task completion. Strong written communication skills, organizational excellence, and a cheerful and helpful attitude are a must.
