JOB SUMMARY:

Prepares architectural concept designs and conceptual site development plans.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To have on time delivery of quality masterplans and conceptual plans for the projects that are due for launch based on project line-up and to submit plans, design schemes and other requirements as pre-requisites for project uploading.Provide Central Cost Planning all necessary plans and other requirements for cost estimates as scheduled.Provide solutions during construction to suit conditions and as approved job request.To submit schematic drawings based on approved design concepts.
