SUMMARY:

Primary responsible for responding to a day-to-day and complex/large service requests and managing those requests according to standard processes. 

KNOWLEDGE/ EDUCATION

Graduate of Technical/ Vocational Course (Drafting-TESDA)Finished training for drafting courseAttended Seminars

EXPERIENCE

Cooperate with architects and engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designs.Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality.Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standard.At least 1-2 years experience.Experience and background in the field of ConSTRUCTION IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS is an advantage.With experience in CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE.With excellent communication and listening skills.

COMPETENCIES

Critical thinking skills- help the architect and engineers work in spotting problems with plans and design.Time management skills- can work under strict deadlines, works efficiently to produce the required output according to set schedules.
