The HR Specialist duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. You’ll also assist in creating policies, processes and documents.

Responsibilities

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and dutiesProvide clerical and administrative supportCompile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activitiesProcess Government Mandated Benefits (SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth contributions and loans)Process final pay computationProcess 2316/Tax complianceProcess HMO/medical insurance for staffCoordinate HR projects and take minutesDeal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulationsAssist in payroll preparationCommunicate with public services when necessaryProperly handle complaints and grievance proceduresAction on other admin tasks, as necessary

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any fieldAt least 3 years relevant working experienceSprout Payroll experience is requiredExcellent organizational abilityFamiliarity with Sprout HR is a mustStrong communication skillsShould be able to work autonomouslyShould be able to remain calm under pressure
