Job Description

• Monitors and schedules architectural work activities among his subordinates and contractors.

• Supervises site implementation of all finishing works.

• Ensures the strict implementation of all technical plans within quality and specification.

• Prepares and submits project status reports and accomplishments for Project Superintendent’s/ PIC’s update and monitoring.

• Enforces the implementation of immediate quality control measure within his work area.

• Oversees the actual execution of all activities conforming t• the approved schedule.

• Provides requirements for securing permits and facilitating submittals for approval.

• Coordinates the proper implementation of all technical plans and interprets specifications prior t• construction.

• Prepares designs for on going and proposed projects.

• evaluates and improves designs prepared for the project.

• Coordinates the requisition, issuances and the timely delivery of required materials and equipment on site.

• Ability t• coach and mentor workmates/subordinates for continuous improvement as well as work performance
