WHAT IS A LEARNING EXPERIENCE DESIGNER (E-LEARNING)?

Our awesome client, a leading outsourcing company based in the Philippines is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to be part of their learning and development team.

The Learning Experience Designer will design & develop eLearning/online learning content and programs using the latest instructional and educational technology methods. This role will be instrumental in building our learning solutions through, research and consultation to develop content across a wide range of topics for onboarding, compliance and foundational skills.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

Design and development of learning resources that are engaging and relevant to the workplace and industry context (including but not limited to job aids, workbooks, handouts, skill and knowledge assessments as well as case studies)Designing curriculum, content outline and storyboards, applying appropriate multimedia learning methodologies considering scalability, delivery requirements and limitationsManage and execute graphic design and video development projects for instructional and presentation needsMaintain training materials, courseware, and online content, to ensure that information is current and accessibleResearch and make recommendations on educational best practices, instructional technologies, and multimedia hardware/software to support teaching and learningPerform other duties as assigned or required

Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong visual design sense, highly creative, and innovativeDetail-oriented with good organizational skillsPrevious experience in training, curriculum design, training needs analysis, and training evaluationKnowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principlesAbility to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization as well as vendorsExperience using Microsoft Office applications and e-Learning software/ content creation toolsProficiency with learning management systemAt least 1 year experience of eLearning developmentMust be willing to work Australian hoursMust be willing to work at Bonifacio Global City

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in digital design, media production, motion graphics, and video editing an advantageWorking knowledge of multiple web design technologies, such as HTML
