JOB DEscriptION Provides timely and effective administrative services, as needed, to support the Leasing Manager in meeting   budgeted revenue targets.Gathers relevant market data through guided research to assist in updating competitive information for the use   of company officers. Coordinates all needed requirements by the Leasing Manager with relevant departments/divisions within SPI,  ensuring prompt and appropriate resolution of concerns. Coordinates and assists in the collection of required documents for new tenants. Responds to unit owners queries on unit finishes and upkeep of facilities. Develops good relations with owner and tenants and acts as next level support for issues with other departments.Maintains and keeps an efficient and effective records management system for client database, broker database, lease contracts and department reports to ensure its proper care.QUALIFICATIonSCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Property Development/Real Estate, Marketing, Management or equivalent.At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience in leasing departmentApplicants must be willing to work in Makati City.Preferably with experienced employees specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
