The Civil Engineer performs design/drafting and conducts site/construction inspection works as may be required by the Project; He/she is responsible in the technical analysis and planning of the project or components of the project as directed by the project’s Lead Architect or Design & Planning Head. He/she is also responsible for ensuring correct quantification of assigned project through proper cost analysis and budget estimation.
He/she is assigned by the company to ensure that design and all relevant cost is met at the construction project site. He/she will work closely with the Design and Planning Head to ensure design compliance and the expense of the project does not exceed the agreed and approved budget.
Qualification:
1. Licensed Civil Engineer
2. Must have experience in structural designing and can sign the plans
3. Experience in socialized/mass housing projects
4. Experience in QS/Cost estimates (labor/materials) for land development and housing
5. Can do other office technical related works
6. Keen on details.
