CIVIL ENGINEER

Job Description:

The Candidate should possess technical knowledge preferably on Design (Civil) and Construction Supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

·        Undertake Design and Design Review.

·        Undertake Site Inspection (Rebar, Concreting, Soil Protection, Form Works, etc.).

·        Prepares report, design calculations, drawing and technical specification.

·        Coordinate with the team member (Consultants), Contractor and Client.

·        Participates on internal meeting.

·        Participates on external meeting with the Contractor and Client related to the project.

·        Ensure timely submission and accuracy of work.

·        Monitor Project Quality Control

·        Monitor Project Accomplishment.

·        Check Weekly accomplishment Report of Contractor.

·        Ensure that the Contractor’s work is in compliance to approve plans and contract agreement

·        Ensure that Contractor’s Work are within the approved schedule.

·        Review of Contractor’s Work Variation and Claims.

·        Ensure accuracy of work of the Contractor.

·        Issuance of Memorandum and Non-Compliance Report to Contractor.

·        Monitor Contractor’s Materials and Equipment

·        Participate in Contractor’s Material Testing.

·        Participate in conducting Public Consultation

Job Qualification:

·        Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree

·        At least 2 year(s) of working experience.

·        Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

·        Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

·        Experience in either Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Flood Control Project and Drainage Project is an advantage.

·        A team player, with good interpersonal skills.

·        Can work under minimal supervision.

·        Willing to be assigned in Metro Manila
