Job Description:

In charge of planning and coordinating technical initiatives to make sure they can complete the project within the agreed schedule and within the budgetUphold project standards through compliance on safety regulations, and developing project plansEnsure the team's discipline on PPE, Safety Requirements, Client's Regulations and Arrow policies.Ensure the team is continuously motivated & excited about the project

Job Requirements:

Must be a BC Civil Engineering Graduate. License is a sure advantage.Minimum of 5 years experience as PIC or as Quantity SurveyorExperience and knowledge in Painting, Waterproofing, Floor Coating, Cracks Repair & Sealant, and other architectural requirements.Adept computer skills and proficiency using programs like AutoCAD and Microsoft ExcelStrong verbal and written communication skills to interact regularly with clients regarding technical specification, timelines and other project mattersMultitasking in order to successfully handle multiple job: billing, reports, audits with the client representatives, monitoring daily activities together with Foreman and Safety
