Provide proficient and accurate design input for the production of civil drawings.Ensure correctly specified equipment is sourced to meet project deliverables.Develop designs in accordance with Project, Client and regulatory standards.Work collaboratively with perso
nnel across all business units.
The tasks you'll perform
Perform accurate engineering design and calculations for foundation, co
ncrete and steel structures.Interpret engineering drawings, docu
ments, specifications, and scopes.Identify scope variations and prepare relevant docu
mentation accordingly.Co
nduct timely reviews of project structural and civil drawings to achieve full compliance with design intent.Produce and maintain technical and engineering drawings using CAD software.Liaise with and provide professio
nal support to drafting team in the preparation of drawing deliverables.Develop technical docu
mentation including scopes of work and specifications using relevant Australian and industry standards and guidelines.Produce accurate engineering lists including but not limited to equipment, lubrication, spares, valves, pipeline, chute work, platework.Provide accurate material take-offs as and when required.e
valuate tenders and provide technical recommendations for the purchase of structural and civil equipment from vendors wher
e necessary.Review vendor certified docu
mentation and disseminate the information to the appropriate perso
nnel for interface checking.Assist with the delivery of Project docu
mentation in relation to scope, quantities, cost and schedule (man-hour budgets, design schedules and estimates).Register and file all relevant project docu
mentation in accordance to the Company approved procedures.Work in co
njunction with a range of internal and external stakeholders to meet project design criteria and deliverables.Co

nal development by providing co
