Junior Interior Designer

QUALIFICATIONS:

He/She must be a graduate of Interior Design or B.S. Architecture and must have minimum 2 years’ experience in Interior Fit-outs, FF&E and Interior detailing. The candidate must have the ability to produce exemplary design that is sustainable, functional and safe in line with the firm’s design ethos.Able develop from concept design up to detailed construction drawings and produce other necessary documents. He or She must have very high interest in design and construction detailing and processes.He/she must possess Analytical thinking and problems solving skills.

RESPONIBILITIES:               

Prepare concept design, material pallets, mood boards and images, interior lighting design and exterior areas that require FF&EProduce the detailed design process and coordinate design informationProduce and analyses detailed specifications for suitable materials or processes to be usedPerforms site inspections and insures that site progress is in accordance to the design.Coordinates with suppliers, contractors, consultants and ensure a smooth work progressPrepare and present design proposals using computer-aided design (CAD) and other design software, as well as traditional drawing methods

MUST BE:

Highly skilled in AutoCAD and Sketchup. Intermediate skills in Photoshop, Word and Excel.Knowledge of Building Systems is a plus.
