Studies the drawings, the BOQ, and the actual on-site co
nditions and project specifications.Prepare thorough cost estimates and shop drawings (as built, co
nstruction plans, etc.).Identify and quantify cost considerations, such as production time and material, equipment costs, and labor costs, in co
njunction with engineers, architects, owners, and contractors.Make and analyze a look-ahead schedule, a Gantt chart with a S curve, a project milestone, and a time
table for materials, labor, and equipment.Ensures that the project stays on schedule by keeping an eye on its development, updating the Gantt chart and S curve (actual vs. Expected accomplishment status), and coordinating its many components.Co
ntrols project quality via on-site examination of actual outcomes and activities in comparison to anticipated outcomes or plans (as per plan and submitted BOQ, scheduled milestone).Creates the necessary co
nstruction docu
ments, including project status reports.
Job Requirements:
Fresh graduates are very much welcome, but must be willing to learn.Knowledgeable in co
nstruction methods and procedures.Knowledgeable in docu
mentation skills such as Gantt Charts, Scheduling and Methodology.You must be willing to stay-in at our office compound or project site if needed.A licensed civil engineer is an advantage.A driver's license is also an advantage.
