KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS

Partner with other members of Training and Organization Development Department to develop eLearning versions of classroom and written training materialsShall facilitate in live or recorded training sessionsManage the end-to-end process of the Caspo Learning Hub from conceptualization, creation, testing, implementation and roll-out, evaluation of courses, monitoring and assessment of learners’ progress.Work in close coordination with the IT Software Development Team for the integration of developed modules in Company Platform

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

At least 4 years of experience in the conduct of Training and WorkshopAt least 2 years experience in training materials design or web designExperience in working on LMS platformsExperience in working on Sharepoint is a plus.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Platform skills for face to face training and workshopKnowledge on adult learning and educationFoundational understanding of instructional design theory and techniquesAbility to work with e-learning and blended learning programs, computer-based training development, and asynchronous learning contentKnowledge on Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) and any other editing software for images, videos, etc.HTML, CSS

EDUCATION

Graduate of at least a 4-year University Degree Course

QUALITIES

Position requires working onsite (Makati Office)Willing to work late from time to time as some attendees are from different time zones.
