DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide architectural assistance in developing construction plansCompile and register the QC documents or records for filing, handing over, and archiving system upon completion of the projectHandle rectification works prior to inspectionIn charge of punch listing prior to consultant’s inspectionProvide detailed and critical technical supportVerify that all work is in accordance with specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulationsResponsible for the documentation of proper filing of the projectPerforms other duties as may be assigned from time to time
