As the M&A manager or assistant manager, you will report directly to the management and take ownership on strategic M&A planning, execution, and post-M&A management.

Duties and Responsibilities

You will be the key person to evaluate external growth opportunities and potential targets for the Group with a in-depth understanding of the industry and country markets in the regionConduct out project analysis and propose transaction structureSupport the M&A transactions from the initial phase to field visit and to the closing of the transactionLead/participant in the negotiations with the targets and partners and closely coordinate for the post transaction integrationCoordinating with technical experts both internally and externally (bankers, audit firms, legal departments, HR and others)

Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business or management from top tier schools4-7 years of solid M&A deal working experiences in SEA with proven track recordFull investment cycle and/or operational finance experience preferredFluency in English is required and fluency in an Asian language will be a plusWilling to travel cross South East Asia countries
