Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the supervision and management of co
nstruction activities in the assigned project.Help in the planning and sequencing of the co
nstruction operations according to project quality plan and schedule.Co
nduct regular site briefing with the project team leaders for follow-ups and report work progress in anticipation of any possible delays from the schedule.Immediately initiate corrective action to avoid cumulative effect of any deviations and recover any delays in due time.Regularly attend coordination meetings with owners and representatives of other subco
ntractors to solve technical issues and other related co
ncerns a
bout the project.Coordinate the turnover of completed project to client and completion of needed rectification works.Motivate team members for better & efficient performance.
To be a part of our team, you must have a college degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, with not less than 3 years competitive work experiences in the same role, must possess sound understanding of drawings & designs, motivated & independent, with good command of oral & written English communication skills, a team player and must display leadership & organizational skills.
