Job Description

The HR Supervisor will be responsible for overall Human Resource and Administration transactions related to Manpower Planning, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Employee Relations, and others

Qualifications

Graduate of AB/BS Major in Psychology or any Behavioral Science courseWith experience in Human Resource management preferably coming from a manufacturing companyWith at least 3-year experience on a manufacturing set-upFamiliar with Philippine Labor Laws and other Human Resource processesStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills both in oral and written formWith a strong sense of urgencyFlexible in time schedules and can handle work pressure at all timesWilling to work in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental
