The Regional Technical Planning Manager is responsible for the overall management of the malls' planning and design maintenance, architectural/civil engineering-related projects, beautification, major redevelopments and repairs. He/she will oversee all mall planning projects and manage the people under the Mall Technical Planning Department in his/her assigned region.

Qualifications:

Candidate must be a licensed Architect or Civil Engineer.Candidate must be residing or willing to be assigned in any of our Mindanao Malls (e.g. Robinsons Place Bacolod, Robinsons Place Iloilo, Robinsons Place Butuan, Robinsons Cagayan De Oro, etc.)Candidate must be willing to travel often.Candidate must have 7-10 years of experience in design and planning of malls or other real estate properties.Candidate must have excellent leadership/people management and customer service skills.We want smart, honest and energetic people who love what we do.One (1) Full time position available.
