se and customer feedback, including its report and monitoring.
JOB QUALIFICATION/S:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Business or any related coursesKnowledge and experience in training in the fields of Customer Service, HR or Sales and Marketing.Strong written and verbal communications skills.Preferably adept with MS applications
JOB DEscriptION:
Co
nduct the following activities.
- New 3S Shop Orientation prior to opening, covering the sales and marketing module
- Yamaha Community and Customer Satisfaction Academy(YCA) Courses to all 3s shop staff.
- Yamaha Sales Academy(YSA) program to all 3s shop staff handling sales function
- Yamaha Leadership Academy(YLA) program to all 3s shop Branch Manager
