Job Responsibilites:

Deliver reports on things such as backlogged items of on-site sales materials.Provide inventory reports to brokers.Assist the sales network in the organization of events and its set-up Assists sellers in preparing final computation sheet for presentation to buyers.Ensures that all initial documentary requirements are complete and accurate prior to the payment of the reservation of the buyer.Ensures that all submitted initial documentary requirement of all on-site reserved units to Sales Admin Head within the prescribed period.Prepares and submits report of on-site reserved units on a daily basis to the Sales Admin Head.Receives and initially evaluates documentary requirements submitted by buyers/sellers to the Off-Site Office

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/or equivalentExperienced in sales / sales documentation of Real Estate projectsProficient in computer applicationsTeam player with positive attitudeAbove average in verbal and written communication skillsGood attention to detailSelf starter / can work with minimal supervisionAmenable to work in Trece Martires, Cavite.Can start immediately
