Job Description

The job responsibilities of Risk and Compliance Officer are as follows but not limited to:

Checking on the member/player if applicable to apply for Bonus (eligibility to earn the bonus will be based on the SOP)Conduct risk and compliance assessmentRe actively and proactively conduct analysis of transactions and accounts to know fraudulent activityPerform, analyze and check to ensure there are no errors when it comes to settlement of winnings, prices and timingsPerform random checks on customers and handling the charge back flowObserve, investigate and analyze betting behaviors for suspicious and fraudulent bets and playersEnsure that compliance procedures, systems and controls are up-to-date and effectiveAnalyze results for suspicious transactionCareful monitoring of possible money laundering transactions and communication of suspiciousDesign and implement risk management processes for the companyPerform risk assessment by analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting or may affect the companyCoordinate with settlers regarding verificationPerform other related task to be assign by the immediate superior.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in any fieldKnowledgeable in MS Office especially in Microsoft ExcelShould be able to handle multiple tasksHighly numerate (Degree in Mathematics is an advantage)Ability to learn quickly, work on their own initiative and in team environmentAbility to work in fast paced environmentMust be professional, possess good communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to work unsociable hours, including nights suited to your support marketMust be amenable to work in MakatiMust be able to commit to a shifting schedule
