Works to ensure the achievement of company objectives by equipping every employee with knowledge, tools, and resources to support their success. This role partners with business leaders to build a culture where every leader understands and acts on the imperative to support individual team members in their career success and personal growth.
● This role will build and drive our Leadership development strategy across the organization to support Globe’s transformation thrust and enable our org capability-building initiatives.
● Recommend the leadership development roadmap to strengthen leaders’ competencies, leadership effectiveness, and readiness, accelerate the development of company Leaders to include senior and HiPo leaders, and embed foundational programs across these groups based on the company's Leadership Success Profile
● As Head for Leadership Development will have a deep understanding of best practices across leadership suites and portfolios to set the strategic direction in alignment with organizational needs and leadership competency gaps.
● Will work with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to understand capability needs and their talent and leadership implications, in doing so, will diagnose critical business opportunities and design learning solutions/ leadership frameworks, and recommend development approaches.
● Create accelerated leadership development programs, including rotational development enablement.
● Organize and orchestrate an integrated development approach in support of our leadership goals.
● Build a continuous development culture and drive the overall success of Leadership Development.
