Responsibilities:
Project Management: performs the end-to-end work process to assigned accounts/ clients – BEFORE, DURING and AFTER the training, such as but not limited to:Project PlanningProject ImplementationCoordination: Client and Manpower RequirementsCo
nduct of Briefings: Design, Pre and Post TrainingPreparation of Materials: TNA Questionnaires, Program Schedules, etc.Project Controlling: Quality, Timelines, Budget.Project Closing: Creation of post-workshop reports.All other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Must haves:
For Specialist Level: At least 3 years of work experience in Training/ L&D and/or Project Management.For Officer Level: At least 6 years of work experience in Training/ L&D and/or Project Management.Expertise in Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Co
ntrolling of multiple projects/ tasks.Expertise in communicating, coordinating, negotiating, timeboxing of activities/ tasks.
