Responsible in supervising the proper maintenance of the company's real property/ies and warehouse facilities including amenities.Capable to conduct the review and evaluation of any requests and recommendations relative to the building construction, extension, repairs, purchase and supply of materials, or any activities for the improvement or development of the property facilities.
