JOB SUMMARY:
The Learning and Development Specialist is tasked to help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge through the creation of development programs and materials that meet specific employee needs. The programs include but are not limited to, new employee orientation and the administration of the Filinvest Mentor eLearning Platform. All programs may be facilitated by the specialist
through classroom, virtual, and field assignments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any bachelor’s degree programEnglish proficiency, presentation, public speaking, and/or any related pieces of training.Analytical and Strategic Thinking SkillsProblem Solving and Decision Making SkillsLeadership and Team Leadership SkillsProject Management Skills
