Primary Task:

Design and develop training modules, methodologies and activities Collaborate with management to identify company training needsSchedule appropriate training sessionsOversee and facilitate company trainingsPlan, create and develop effective training curriculumHandles training budgetCreation and preparation of training modules needed by the companyTrain new and existing employeesCreation and development of monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of Education/HRM/ or any related courseUndergraduate of Education/HRM/ or any related course are welcome to apply, preferably with at least 3 years of experience as a Trainer in Corporate Set upAt least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Trainer in a corporate set up.Has a vast knowledge or background in restaurant business operationsMust be highly personable and out going
