Designs and implements training curriculum for dealer sales professio
nals to ensure in-depth knowledge and understanding of Isuzu products, market, and sales strategies.Sets training program KPIs and regularly e
valuates the effectiveness of the programs through assessment results and observations. Provides recommendations of intervention action plans.Communicates effectively with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and process owners in developing accurate and customer-oriented training materials.Seeks innovative methods in the implementation of the training programs through various platforms.Manages the training costs and ensures the efficient use of the company resources.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Education, Communication Arts, or related course.With at least 3 years of sales and customer service training experience; training certification is a plus.Must have basic technical knowledge in commercial and light commercial vehicles.Proactive individual with keen attention to details and good organizatio
nal skills.With an exceptio
nal degree of creativity, resourcefulness and analytical skills.Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure work environment.Outstanding communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
