Job Qualifications:College level or graduate in any F&B related course.Knowledge on workplace and personal hygiene.Knowledge in Food Safety practices; HACCP, and Serv Safe are an advantage.Culinary experience and knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practices is an advantage.Knowledge in product development, Food styling and menu costing.With at least two (2) years experience as a Head Cook, R&D or Executive Chef in a reputable establishment/s.

Mesa Filipino Moderne serves almost 137 items including appetizers, seafood combinations, soups, chicken, pork, and beef, specialty drinks, sodas, wines, desserts and other native favorites. In contrast to other Grill Restaurants, substantially all menu items are prepared daily inside the store’s kitchen facility using high quality, fresh ingredients based on innovative and authentic regional recipes. It is the only grill-restaurant in the country that serves Crispchon, Rock-salt cooking seafood items and many palatable dishes.
