Key Responsibilities:

Manages training activities (delivery, training evaluations, etc.)Ensures training plan and delivery is executed in a timely manner Demonstrates end to end understanding of content development and maintains appropriate methodologyParticipates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

Skills, Requirements & Qualifications:

Excellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to present oneself as positive, polite, and professionalGraduate of any 4-year course; open to college undergraduates who completed 1st yearWith at least 3 years of related training experience in a BPO set upAbility to work effectively and independently with attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlineAmenable to work on night shift

Technical Skills:

Training experience in a financial account or relevant field is preferred Demonstrates end to end understanding of course design methodologies Possesses effective delivery/training techniques and methodsTechnical functional knowledge – advanced technology savviness and adept in adapting to any changes in tools and processes
