Job Description: This position will assist the Learning and Development Managers on all the administrative concerns of the Department.Coordinate all training logistics, including but not limited to, participants' enrollment, invites, training materials, room scheduling, catering, setting up audio/visual equipmentResponsible for classroom seating configuration, room and A/V set upEncode details in Training database and file training documentsEncode Accounts Payables/Receivables on SAP. Preparation of request for payment to vendors.Assist in development of training collaterals Follow through of needed pre and post training requirementsMaintain and monitor the inventory of all office supplies and order as neededAnswer departmental telephones and provide outstanding customer serviceHandle customer concernsJob Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management/ Psycholgy or equivalent.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)With excellent communication skillsWith working experience/internship in Training or Learning and Development is an advantageWith pleasing personality Open to fresh graduates Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City
