• Assists in the preparation of Project Quality Plan (PQP), QA Scorecard Template for Pre-Construction and Construction based on project scope of work and assists in the preparation of Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Facilitates the deployment of Quality Assurance Engineer and Senior QA Engineer/Quality Assurance Supervisor Personnel in the project.
• Orients Quality Assurance Personnel with regards to company Quality process and procedures in construction and documentation.
• Facilitates the deployment of Quality Assurance Personnel in the project.
• Orients Quality Assurance Personnel with regards to company Quality process and procedures in construction and documentation.
• Ensures implementation of Pre Activity Training and Orientation on Quality (PATOQ).
• Controls the distribution of all the companies quality documentation.
• Monitors all quality related activities on the project including testing and commissioning, hand over and close out of non conformance report.
• Performs internal audits in accordance to approved Project Quality Plan (PQP).
• Prepares, evaluates and controls project quality management system documentation prior to project commencement.
• Monitors the disposition and resolution rate of all issued non conformance reports.
• Monitors the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system, recommends any improvements when required.
• Monitors all achieved documentation upon the completion of the project.
• Monitors the implementation of the approved Project Quality Plan (PQP).
• Reviews and consolidates project Quality Assurance report submitted by the Project Senior QA Engineer and submits to QA Head.
• Validates QA Scorecards, monitors NCR resolution rate, Hand over acceptance rate.
• Attends the regular weekly quality assurance Operation center meeting with the QA Head.
• Continually improves standard procedures and methods for inspection and testing.
• Reports administratively to Opcen Head and reports functionally to QA Manager/QA Head.
• Oversees all operation center projects.
