Academic coordinators are responsible for managing the academic administrative affairs of a school program. They commonly oversee scheduling, course planning and curriculum development. In addition to these duties, they may also be responsible for supporting processes for student admissions, support for faculty in classes or ad hoc academic related tasks, and other tasks related to student life.
Academic coordinators work closely with faculty members and administrators to ensure that all aspects of the institution’s academic programs are running smoothly.
