EMAPTA is currently looking for a Sales Quality Assurance Verifier to join our Australian Telco account!The Sales QA Verifier is responsible for listening to the verification part of the call. Validates the quality of the verification part and dispose the sales appropriately by following the standards and compliance set by the department. All closed and confirm sales will reflect the gross/net sales of the agent.Responsibilities:• Follows proper standard procedures/guidelines set by the department.• Produce excel report for sales disposition tracking purposes.• Provides specific action – both positive and corrective disposition of the sale.• Monitor sales calls to ensure regulatory and control measures are being met• Conduct Quality and Compliance call evaluations using an internal evaluation form• Use of call recording and listening technology to review and track compliance• Providing feedback to management to assist in guidance and support to the sales team• Ensuring the sales team are aligned and complying with regulatory frameworks• Assessing, scrutinizing, and interpreting script adherence to verify compliance standards are being met• Mitigating risk by identifying training gaps and/or systemic deficiencies in sales process• Conduct verification talks to Operations Teams for coaching/clarification purposes.Competencies:• Exceptional listening skills and a strong attention to detail• A sound knowledge of MS Office• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Effective time management skills• Ability to accurately multi-task during call evaluations and assessmentsQualifications:• 1 year experience as Quality Sales Verifier/ Analyst in an AU telco campaign• Must be a college graduate or at least finished 2 years.• Candidates with the same background of experience is preferred •   Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)•  Amenable to work in Makati and in shifting/rotating schedulesWhat’s in store for you?• Temporary work from home set up• HMO on Day 1 plus 1 free dependent
