JOB DEscriptION:
Conducts timely and relevant investment related programs for advisors and leaders to ensure that they acquire the needed competencies in positioning our variable products vis-à-vis other financial products thus contributing to the increase in variable sales.
SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts variable product briefing and positioning as well as investment related training programs for advisors to strengthen their selling competency in selling variable products.Collaborates with other business units (e.g. Bancca, marketing, investment) and co
nducts market research to gather relevant updates for VUL positioning, performance and communicates the same to the agency force.Partners with advisors and or leaders in co
nducting corporate account presentations for possible retirement or investment account.Provides reinforcement in the co
nduct of other training programs for advisors and leaders.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree any of the following courses : Finance, Investment, Marketing Computer Literate Good communication skills
Minimum Experience:
At least five years’ work experience preferably in the life insurance industry or at least in the financial services industry Has earned finance related certifications (e.g. RFP, RFC) Has training and facilitation skill Has sales exposure Good negotiation skill
