 Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.Relevant experience as Quality AnalystAt least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Relevant experience in monitoring, auditing agentsCandidate will evaluate and score said calls on a pre-approved sheetCandidate will provide timely feedback two relevant stakeholders so that they can share feedback to provide adequate coaching to the agentsCandidate must consistently meet or exceed deadlines and objectivesShe/ he must appropriately manage time and shows correct usage of diamond systemCandidate must participate in cold calibration with various partnersShe/her must complete daily weekly monthly tasks She/he must ensure that all reporting is completed and published on timeCandidate must be amendable to work on-site in Northgate, Alabang.
