QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent.At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.With demo
nstrated experience in training technical and corporate professio
nals and in leading engagement programsRequired Skill(s): Strong analytical skills, Ability to speak and communicate effectively, Able to function independently, Customer Service Skills, Strong Planning and Organizatio
nal Skills, Excellent Coordination, scheduling and with attention to detailPreferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
