Develop and implement plans and programs in the field of Learning and Development (L&D) aligned with the company objectives to enhance overall organizational effectiveness of all the companies under the Group. Determine the learning and development needs of employees of the Group of Companies. Deliver identified development training program interventions; and monitor the effectiveness of the development programs through post-evaluation assessments.

Determine the learning and development needs of the companies in the group through the co
nduct of Training Needs Analysis (TNA).Harmo
nizes TNA results with Performance Appraisal of employees.Validates TNA results through interviews, FGDs and observations / feedback.Co
nduct training programs and workshops designed to enhance employee's work attitude,work ethics, core values and other professional and perso
nal development programs. Co
nduct product and sales training programs for the salesforce.Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
Job Qualifications:
At least 15 years of work experience in Learning & Development, preferably with manufacturing companiesGraduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources and related courses.Preferably with a Master's Degree in any of these fieldsPreferably with certification in Training and DevelopmentWith experience in developing and co
nducting training programs to Sales personnel.
