Job Description
1. Set up and open new stores including product sourcing, equipment sourcing and/or replacement and vendor relations
2. Over-all responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations of stores including but not limited to, sales , customer service , quality control , operations , staff development , and human resources
3. Optimize Operating Income per store through stores visits per company policy and evaluate stores practice against company standards
4. Responsible of searching , selecting recruiting , appraisal , motivations and standards of job performance of the individuals within team
5. Estimate the food consumption of each store, place orders with suppliers , and schedule delivery of fresh food and beverages ,
6. Ensure that the stores become center of excellence and may become training centers for the new franchisees and their staff
