As Learning and Development Administrator, you’ll develop and implement strategies to ensure all of IQVIA’s employees and others who perform services on IQVIA’s behalf can access and complete IQVIA’s global mandatory training courses. In this critical role, you’ll directly contribute to our culture of compliance. You will partner with mandatory program owners in identifying completion requirements and promoting user experience best practices. With a focus on automation, you’ll proactively consult with stakeholders and drive improvement initiatives addressing training at scale and employee productivity.
Key Responsibilities
For IQVIA’s learners, including those who are not readily able to access IQVIA’s main learning system and/or who are not regular full-time IQVIA employees (e.g., workers who perform services on behalf of IQVIA and others, and/or who may not perform services to IQVIA on a regular basis):
Partner closely with IQVIA’s Training Stakeholder Committee and the company’s Ethics and Compliance Office to develop and docu
ment the requirements for mandatory trainings, to include policies, procedures, and standards addressing learning journeys, as well as training modules for this workforceDraft and implement integrated project plans ba
sed on annual launch schedule and co
ntent review to identify dependencies, mo
nitor progress, and co
nsult on removing roadblocks
· Working in partnership with multiple stakeholders to operationalize existing and new technologies and solutions to capture multiple access options
· Consult and coordinate with internal SME and vendors on adhering to requirements to enable access and track completion
· Consult and coordinate with training content owners and other stakeholders and SMEs regarding training content for workers who do not perform services to IQVIA on a regular basis
· Advocate user experience enhancements including bundled content and adaptive formats while ensuring content is relevant, concise, and without duplication
· Gather and standardize metrics across a globally dispersed workforce and as data steward seek to resolve gaps for robust data
· Regularly engage external networks to stay current on leading practices to continuously evolve and improve IQVIA’s requirements strategy
· Review training in partnership with SMEs to ensure good user experience and learnings across IQVIA
Experience & Education
· 5+ years of experience managing enterprise learning projects; background in compliance and training preferred
· Undergraduate degree related to business, management, info systems, or equivalent experience required

· Highly consultative approach and a proven track record of effective collaboration and influence at all levels of an organization, virtually or face to face
· Superior presentation, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
· Demonstrated experience with, content management, learning management systems, and emerging technology in a global organization
· Strong digital proficiency, including Microsoft Business ecosystem (MS Office - Excel, PPT, TEAMS, SharePoint, Power BI, etc.)
· Model an extremely flexible attitude and approach to achieving outcomes; able to adapt and shift gears against pace and context shifts
