Position Summary: Provides support for the Southeast Asia pricing | Global English region Financial Planning and Analysis. Overall responsibilities are split between Pricing support and F,P&A. May conduct special financial and business-related studies and cooperates with other departments in the preparation of analyses. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature Overall Responsibilities: Pricing support:Understand commercial/pricing scope & instructions from Business teamGather commercial inputs from all relevant teams – HR/IT/OpsRun commercial calculationsSupport commercial approval process Financial, Planning and AnalysisInvolved in the closing process, working with the Global English region finance teams on financial analysis & consolidationEnsuring data collection and analysis from ERP systems are accurate and prepare reports for internal decision making and corporate requirementsEnsure the assigned reporting processes are organised and executed within the quality standardsCollect, consolidate, and prepare financial information in accordance with the planning and control cycle to ensure accurate information for managerial and corporate reporting purposesProvide the designated stakeholders with regular and ad hoc data / reporting on business performance and act as point of contact with different stakeholders on relevant reporting issuesJob Requirements:8-10 years experience in financial planning and forecastingDegree in business preferably AccountingStrong knowledge of Excel (incl. vlookups, sumifs & Pivot Tables); Power BI and Power Query; and PowerPoint is a major advantageSAP experience is an advantageExperience in pricing is an advantageExcellent communication (English) skills in both verbal and in writingAnalytical mind/keen attention to detailsAbility to work in a deadline-oriented workplace and to manage workload to meet or exceed deadlinesWilling to work on a predominantly mid shift scheduleStructured and organizedEnergetic and resilientWork without supervisionStrong and confident performer in high pressure environments, ability to work to tight deadlinesWillingness to travel and ability to work within a global multi-cultural environment
