Graduate of any engineering course.With atleast 3 to 5 years related working experience in manufacturing industry.Attended several trainings related to production process and supervisory training.Have background in planning of production requirements ( manpower. machine, material, method).Good Interpersonal relation and negotiation skills.Good Leadership and supervisory skills.
