PROCESS TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

Engineering GraduateAt least 2 years experiences in semiconductorSignificant experience in the assembly of power semiconductorsBoth in discrete and power module packages.Hardworking with good communication skillsSix sigma Knowledgeable

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the engineers in the equipment setup and performing evaluations of products under new product introduction.Provides support in the process development for continuous improvement initiatives to increase yield and productivity.Check and monitor the execution of changes in process, process controls and requirements.Performs buy-off of jigs and fixtures and gather the needed data based on the data collection plan.

Skills and Abilities:

Knowledgeable in SPC, QC Tools and basic operation and set up of assembly and measuring equipment.Pro-active and customer focused, liked to take initiatives and very motivated to work within a team of engineers
