Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the engineers in the equipment setup and performing e
valuations of products under new product introduction.Provides support in the process development for co
ntinuous improvement initiatives to increase yield and productivity.Check and mo
nitor the execution of changes in process, process controls and requirements.Performs buy-off of jigs and fixtures and gather the needed data ba
sed on the data collection plan.
Skills and Abilities:
Knowledgeable in SPC, QC Tools and basic operation and set up of assembly and measuring equipment.Pro-active and customer focused, liked to take initiatives and very motivated to work within a team of engineers
