Roles and ResponsibilitiesPlans daily production activities and performs all processing tasks and data sourcingPerforms all processing tasks and monitors production environment using established IQVIA toolsCreates and delivers output files in different formats to Business Unit according to production scheduleTakes appropriate action to ensure that processes are completed according to the schedule providedResponds to job failures/issues and corrects problems/issues when possible according to established proceduresLogs production QMS issues with appropriate information for follow-up and permanent resolutionInforms relevant production and user areas of outstanding issues that require further follow-upConducts initial quality controlExecutes ad hoc processing requests as advised by Business UnitProvides input for new system development, including requirement gathering, UAT and implementation as neededList of required skills for this role:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or Computer Science.Preferably graduate of Information Technology / Computer Science.Knowledge in SQL, VBA and other programming language would be an advantage.Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer focus, attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong background in production managementAbility to proactively identify complex problems and needs and develop solutions/recommendations to solve problemsAbility to guide the work of others within a team environmentAbility to work under time constraints and changing work volumesAbility to follow established procedures to resolve routine matters
