Responsible for the planning, implementation, monitoring, and improvement of PASAR’s Integrated Management Systems to meet the standards of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 in order to ensure company’s certification maintenanceConduct gap analysis for new or updated requirements of the IMS standardsReview, amend, or update existing IMS policies, procedures, and guidelines         Develop required documentation for the implementation of new IMS requirements.Communicate changes to IMS policies, procedures, or guidelines to all concernedArrange, coordinate and manage Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001) Internal and External Audits.Prepare audit programme, plan and report.Facilitate action planning based on audit findings and reported significant issues, and makes recommendations to manage the corrective action.Ensures Corrective Action (CA) or Preventive Action (PA) report is issued and track its progress until closure.Ensures training and competency of internal auditorsAssist in the preparation and conduct of various internal and external audits including assurance auditsSupport and participate in safety and values interactions including verificationsConduct IMS on-boarding orientation to new employees.Provide technical assistance and training to PASAR departments in relation to IMS requirements, such as documented procedures, operational controls, and risk assessments.Facilitate risk assessments for projects and processes where necessaryPrepare annual IMS Management Review reportsQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in any fieldExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)With 2 years’ experience in Internal AuditingDesirable: Certified Lead Auditor
